Eirovīzija 2023 – dalībnieki
KONTEKSTS:
2023. gadā Eirovīzijas dziesmu konkurss notiks Liverpūlē, Lielbritānijā. Latviju konkursā pārstāvēs grupa "Sudden Lights" ar dziesmu "Aijā".
2022. gadā konkursā uzvarēja Ukrainas pārstāvji "Kalush Orchestra" ar dziesmu "Стефанія", tomēr Eiropas Raidsabiedrību savienība (EBU) lēma 2023. gada konkursa rīkošanu Ukrainas vārdā uzticēt Lielbritānijai.
Latvijas pārstāvji konkursā uzstāsies pirmajā pusfinālā 9. maijā, kur piedalīsies arī Norvēģija, Malta, Serbija, Portugāle, Īrija, Horvātija, Šveice, Izraēla, Moldova, Zviedrija, Azerbaidžāna, Čehija, Nīderlande un Somija. Eirovīzijas otrais pusfināls notiks 11. maijā un tajā piedalīsies Armēnija, Beļģija, Kipra, Dānija, Igaunija, Grieķija, Islande, Rumānija, Albānija, Austrālija, Austrija, Gruzija, Lietuva, Polija, Sanmarīno un Slovēnija.
Konkursa fināls notiks 13. maijā.
Grupas "Sudden Lights" sastāvā ir Andrejs Reinis Zitmanis (vokāls), Kārlis Matīss Zitmanis (ģitāra), Mārtiņš Matīss Zemītis (sitaminstrumenti) un Kārlis Vārtiņš (basģitāra).
