On Tuesday a Syrian refugee family of four, including a small child, was relocated to Latvia from Greece, the Citizenship and Migration Affairs Office told the press Wednesday.

The family is currently at the Mucenieki asylum seekers' center.

Two people from the family have worked as tailors. They've listed Arabic and Kurmanji among the languages they speak.

Latvia has admitted 73 people under the EU relocation scheme, however LTV's Forbidden Method reported earlier that 21 of 23 relocated people legally recognized as refugees have left for Germany.

The Latvian government plans on reviewing its refugee integration plan in response.

Latvia has agreed to take in more than 500 refugees from EU member states Italy and Greece, plus more from Turkey under another EU deal.
