Now the State Police has released a video of Omega force going through their paces in a series of training exercises that sees them swinging from a helicopter, swimming in a pool, boxing each other, running around mazes and blowing up a series of doors with maximum prejudice.
In one particularly enjoyable moment (1:47 into the video to be precise) Omega attacks an Estonian police car and drags the occupants out through the window by the neck, which is sure to please anyone who has been handed a speeding ticket on the road to Parnu.
It's all part of a recruitment drive and it's all done to a grunting metal soundtrack, so what's not to like? Enjoy!
