Take note – story published 9 years ago

National Armed Forces (NBS) tweets reported Tuesday afternoon that NATO's Baltic Air Police (BAP) F16 jets took to the skies again to head off Russian armed aircraft, this time a ground attack plane IL-20 over the Baltic Sea.

Indeed, in a subsequent tweet, the NBS said it was the second sighting of the particular type of plane, also known in military jargon as a 'coot', in as many days by a different set of patrol planes CF-188.
